You will find all kinds of stuff on display at eSports tournaments: masterful strategies, excellent motor skills, split-second reaction times, and airtight teamwork. While the discussing gameplay is essential, we rarely take some time out to pinpoint the more outward-facing, the more superficial thing we all are secretly paying attention to- and that is eSports Jersey.

With that said, it does make for an interesting conversation, as millions of people worldwide tune in to watch these tournaments. To a spectator, the eSports Jersey means more than just a uniform worn by a couple of nerds. It represents the future of esports. It is a signifier of player persona, regional esports infrastructure, and team prestige. An eSports Jersey profoundly impacts not only someone’s perspective of a player or team but also esports as an industry.

In this article, we will rank eSports Jerseys– from worst to best worn.

20. CDEC Gaming

They might kill it in the game, but when it comes to the wardrobe, they lack in that department. While we do not mind their retro-looking shirts, they should pair them with pants.

19. OpTic Gaming

Too many lines, too many shades of green and grey: a lot of things are going on. Their logo does not help either.

18. Wings Gaming

Apart from the unflattering V-neck, the negative spaces of their logo look very awkward.

17. Newbee

While their logo is well-designed, they fall short with the white-colored font below the logo. Blue would have suited better.

16. Natus Vincere

This team has selected the classic black-and-yellow color combination for their jerseys. Their hoodies are nice. However, it is not a particularly creative uniform. Therefore we did not rank them higher.

15. Digital Chaos

Purple and orange are the colors of this team. These shades are almost contrasting, which make them hard on the eye. What we appreciate is the ombre and texture towards the garment’s bottom.

14. Team OG

They have picked black and green as their colors. Besides the details on the shirt’s shoulder, there is not a lot going on here.

13. Invictus Gaming

While a zip-us is never a bad idea, over here, the mixture of materials is unsettling- shiny sleeves and matte torso.

12. LGD

While we like the fact that they have selected a different kind of garment (their shirts have a collar and a zip), the combination of orange and white is unflattering.

11. Team Secret

We have to give them props for the best-designed logo out of all the teams on this list. However, it does not go nicely with the shirt’s print. Their logo has a mystical vibe, whereas the print is more futuristic.

10. Cloud9

The blue shade they have picked as their official color flatters all members. The only problem is the logo. While it is visually pleasing, the size is a bit too big.

9. Alliance

The details on the chest area of their jacket make it seem like a superhero suit. The only problem is that it stands out obnoxiously over the grey shirts.

8. Evil Geniuses

They are famous for their signature circular logo and blue color. The logo is both a ‘g’ and an ‘e,’ which is very smart.

7. EnVyUs

The dynamic lines on their shirts make them seem like they came right out of a Tron movie.

6. Team Liquid

Team liquid has stepped up their fashion game with their new kit that resembles the jerseys of professional football teams. The horse head printed throughout the torso is especially appealing.

5. Fnatic

Their logo looks like a kanji and would work in nearly any garment or position. The daunting combination of grey and orange also works here.

4. Virtus Pro

Yet another team with a jersey so well-designed it looks like it belongs to a professional sports team. Their logo design seems like it is inspired by an American sports organization.

3. SK Gaming

The grey shades and the combination of black shapes and thin lines make the shirt look sporty yet armor-like.

2. SK Telecom T1

The red polo is probably their best wardrobe choice. It makes them look dressed up instead of casual.

1. Vici Gaming

Less is more in fashion. Vici Gaming’s kit is an excellent example of this. They have picked the colors green and black, and it works because of the design. The green line across the jacket is also extremely flattering.
