Hence, it is better to look for games that run quite smoothly on your Windows 7 PC. Do not be upset. There is a huge range of games that you can run on your Windows 7 PC. All these games can be played in low graphic settings. Still, some of the games might lag, or the FPS might drop, but they will still easily run.

The Top Seven Games You Can Play on Your Windows 7 PC

Keeping the need of players playing in mind, we have curated a list of games that run as smooth as butter on Windows 7. We can not promise they won’t lag. They might. But, at least you will not have to compromise with the gaming experience. Also, there may be other games as well, but the ones we think are best are listed here –

1. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive

Counter-Strike does not require any introduction even to non-gamers. It is a brand of its own, and the craze is not going to die any soon. The Global Offensive version of Counter-Strike has expanded based on team-based action gameplay. This game brings to you new characters, weapons, and maps. Thus, it is a whole new arena in front of you waiting for you to plunge in and explore. This version of the game upgrades the classic CS content. It even introduces you to new matchmaking criteria and gameplay modes. CS keeps getting better with age and will hardly disappoint you.

2. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

You will be lying if you say you didn’t play or watch someone play GTA in your childhood. For many, this action-adventure game infused with role-playing is a part of their childhood. It offers you everything from using shortcodes to unlock and experience exciting activities to flying in an airplane or chopper of your own. The best part is, it can be played on Windows 7. You can buy clothing, jewelry, accessories, haircuts, tattoos, and whatnot. It offers you HD graphics. Thus you will not be compromising on the gaming experience as well.

3. Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide

If you are into FPS gaming, this one is for you. It is melee combat and a co-op FPS game, all in one. You will aim to survive the rat-men apocalypse. You can choose the role of one of the five heroes. Each of the five heroes will have their abilities, gear, playstyle, and personality. One of your initial challenges will be to make five of the heroes cooperate. If you do not excel in this challenge, you won’t get any chance to win against the rat-men. Play on 13 different game levels. Fight reckless battles underground or in a building.

4. Invention 2

Does being chased by a hoard of zombies your thing? Well, Invention 2 can be just the ideal game for you. It will also run quite smoothly on Windows 7 OS. This one here is a real-time game. If you don’t play Invention 2 at least once in your life, you’ll miss out on a lot. The game’s theme is that simple zombies will attack, and you have to survive and pass the stages. The developer made sure that you do not miss out on the thrills and shrills of a zombie game. Hence they intrigued this game with fantastic graphics and sound that are enough to frighten you.

5. I.G.I – 2: Covert Strike

I.G.I. – 2: Covert Strike was a stealth and tactical shooter game released in 2003. Innerloop Studios developed it. I.G.I. – 2: Covert Strike. The interface of this game needs to be appreciated for being such high definition. You will be given a role of the shooter and a story to follow and progress in the game. There are around 19 missions all over that this game is divided into. The player must achieve the objective of every mission before the mission ends. You will be playing this in a third person taking control over Agent 47. The player will be traveling to locations internationally and achieve the contracted target. You will even get several missions to complete in the game. The best part is that you can download it for free on your Windows 7 PC!

7. City Racing Game

If you are familiar with GTA, you will easily set your hands on this game as well. Explore the city to the fullest in any way you like. Win money, win the street race, get a new car or upgrade your existing one. You get to do whatever you like. However, the motto of this game remains to win money to buy a new car or upgrade your car. Just keep an eye out to spot police. Avoid getting caught by them, or the money you have earned will get deducted. The graphics are high definition and do not let you complain about low graphics, even when running on Windows 7.
